Meet Mike Bailey, a Fine Art Photographer, who is participating for his fourth year in the Thanksgiving Images Studio. Mike’s award winning work provides colourful, photographic fine art that he prints and frames in his own studio. He uses high quality archival papers, canvas and inks and all his work can be costumed framed to provide beautiful visual art in your home or as a gift for others.
Mike finds different was to draw you, the viewer, into his imagery. His style is to portray what he sees and feels about the scene or object in front of him. He looks for the simple, mundane objects or scenery that many may pass by every day and not see its true beauty. He gives new life and vibrancy through his own vision of that moment in time hoping to evoke you're emotion.
Mike has a story to tell for each of his unique pieces and loves to share the experience of getting the capture. Most of his pieces are rarely reproduced as he is always finding new subjects and compositions to share. His work includes landscapes, nature, still life, macro and more. You have to see it to feel it.
You will find Mike at the Leacock Museum in Orillia during the Images Tour. It is a great stop for a variety of art and artists.
