It's hard to believe, but Peter has been a potter for the last 24 years, and the one thing that remains the same is his work is ever evolving. His artistic journey began at OCAD in the mid nineties, and he remembers fondly the early school days when he knew so little about the world of pottery, (and what's fantastic, is he still has much to learn!)
This year Peter has new designs as his woodland creatures have migrated onto large vases, and his glaze pallet has expanded again with a new "water glaze" technique that have yielded some spectacular early results. With an emphasis on wheel work and functional pieces, Peter has been exploring some new printing techniques, mixing of clay colours, and redesigning his popular birdhouses to make an even sweeter home for our feathery friends!.
